Jochem le Cointre Saturday, April 21 @ 7:30pm Dutch pianist & composer Jochem le Cointre will be featured in solo recital playing works by Scarlatti, Bach, Mozart, Chopin, Yedidia and Le Cointre. Mr. Le Cointre is a former student of Dr. Ronn Yedidia at NYPA and a graduate of The New School (May, 2016). Admission: $12 | Students: $9 | Free Admission for NYPA’s students & families.

Ronn Yedidia & Jochem le Cointre Saturday, May 12 @ 7:30pm
Dr. Ronn Yedidia and his former student, composer/pianist Jochem le Cointre, will present a duo-piano recital at NYPA. The program will include both classical masterworks and jazz standards. Bassist Simon Mastri will join the duo-pianists on their jazz selections. Admission: $12 | Students: $9 | Free Admission for NYPA’s students & families. A reception will follow.

Judy Zhang Sunday, May 20 @ 7:30pm An outstanding piano student at NYPA for the past 4 years and a winner of numerous awards presents her graduation recital at the academy. She will perform major piano works by Chopin, Franck and Gershwin. Free Admission for all. A reception will follow.

NYPA Gala Commencement Concert Sunday, June 3 @ 7:30pm Students of all levels and ages will perform classical and jazz masterpieces. Year-End certificates will be handed out to NYPA’s students. This concert will mark a fundraising campaign on behalf of NYPA pianos’ current restoration project. Free Admission for all. A reception will follow.
