Support our mission of bringing music education to all. Help us achieve our most significant goals:
Create a scholarship fund which will assist in supporting a few of our most gifted yet financially challenged students. We have been generously providing these students with free instruction over several years now and it is becoming unfeasible for our faculty, which needs and deserves to be compensated for their time and labor. We are looking to raise $25,000 per year, which will enable a full academic-year course of study for at least 6 students at NYPA.
Fund all of our special guest recitals featuring world class pianists in live performance at our academy’s concert hall. Next season we will present major guest soloists, chamber concerts – both classical and jazz — and several solo recitals given by our gifted classical piano students. We are looking at a growing number of events which will require a total endowment of $25,000 to cover all associated costs.
All contributions to NYPA are tax-exempt. We are a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization, EIN# 26-0123004.
